Cambridge Science Park
Cambridge Science Park is perhaps the most successful research and development park in Europe and is located just over two miles from Cambridge city centre.
101 Cambridge, which sits at the entrance of Cambridge Science Park is owned by Hermes, and in May 2006 they selected Exemplar as their development partner to investigate the redevelopment potential of the site. Exemplar quickly secured planning consent for a new 90,000 sq ft three storey landmark office and research facility and swiftly commenced construction which completed in June 2008. The building, designed by architects Scott Brownrigg, provides flexible floorplates of circa 30,000 sq ft and was swiftly let setting record rents for Cambridge of approaching £30.00psf.
