In a joint venture between GE Real Estate and Exemplar Properties, 23 and 26 Austin Friars were acquired in August 2005.
The buildings are located in a core city location connecting Old Broad Street and Austin Friars Square and surrounded by international investment banks such as Commerzbank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank. In addition, the Bank of England and the London Stock Exchange are in close proximity.
A substantial refurbishment was completed in May 2006 which focused on consolidating what were originally five adjoining buildings into one new property offering regular and top specification office floors.
