The existing office building at 67 Lombard Street was constructed in the 1930s and comprises over 58,800 sq ft of office space over ground and seven upper levels. Following the receipt of planning approval, the building will be redeveloped to provide circa 90,000 sq ft of new Grade A office space in the centre of the City core.
Demolition of the previous building, save for the retained facade, completed in March 2008.
