Exemplar has recently been appointed by Rio Tinto as Developer for its former global headquarters building in arguably the most prestigious location in London, St. James’s Square, following the company’s move to new headquarters in Paddington.
The Development will comprise 115,000 sq ft of premium grade A office space, 13 residential units, 15,000 sq ft of refurbished grade II* office accommodation in No 5 St James’s Square, and an art gallery.
Demolition commenced in June 2011 and the project will complete by the end of the 2013.
