This 5.2 acre site, currently occupied by Ulster Bank, is located 9 km to the south of Dublin City centre surrounded by a mix of office, retail, warehousing and, increasingly, residential property. The area has benefited from recent extension of the Dublin light rail system and is now becoming a popular commercial and residential location with quick and easy access into the city centre.

Having worked up plans in advance of a planning application, the site was sold in late 2007.
