Westgate is a landmark building located on the North West corner of Hanger Lane gyratory in West London.
The building comprises over 154,000 sq ft of office accommodation on ground and seven upper floors offering regular uninterrupted floorplates of circa 20,000 sq ft. All but two of the floors are leased to key occupiers including The London Borough of Ealing and NCP. The building is also home to serviced office operator MLS, and even has three television studios broadcasting over the Sky network. The building offers a high level of amenity including a professionally managed gym, a cafeteria selling hot and cold food and a games room.
In joint venture with GE Real Estate, Exemplar Properties purchased the building in November 2005 and completed a major refurbishment which included the upgrade of the vacant floors and the common parts of the building.
Most recently 9,000 sq ft was let to NCP.
